Cheesy Artichoke Dip

Cheesy Artichoke Dip

1 14oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayo
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
salt
pepper

1. Mix together artichokes, sour cream, mayo, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 cup parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.

2. Spread in a small baking dish.

3. Top with leftover 1/2 cup of each cheese.

4. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.

5. Serve with crackers.
