This is amazing. . . with or without apples. Took everything in me not to grab a spoon and just go crazy. The dip is great with apples, but we all know that the apple is just a vessel to get this delicious dip into your mouth. . . My kids absolutely loved it, but who wouldn't? Definitely a crowd pleaser here people!
Heath Bits Toffee Dip
1 8oz brick of Cream Cheese
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 package of Heath Bits
1. Mix together the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
2. Add 1/2 the bag of Heath to this mixture.
3. Spread in a shallow serving dish, and sprinkle on remaining Heath Bits! (If you'd like, you can drizzle caramel on top. . . I just had some Caramel Ice Cream Topping on hand so I heated it up and drizzled it on!)
4. Serve with apple slices!

Cream Cheese Stuffed Strawberries for the 4th Of July!
2 Lbs large Strawberries, washed, and hollowed
8 oz pkg. of cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Blue Berries
Sprinkles
1. Combine Cream Cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla together. Mix until creamy.
2. Put cream cheese mix into a piping bag.
3. Pip mixture into strawberries.
4. Top cream cheese with a blue berry and then dip in sprinkles!

Fresh Fruit Pizza!
COOKIE CRUST:
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup powder sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
2 1/2 cups flour
FRUIT DIP:
1 8oz brick cream cheese
1 small container of marshmallow creme
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Cream together butter and powder sugar.
2. Add in egg and beat until smooth and creamy.
3. Mix in baking soda, cream of tartar, vanilla, and almond extracts.
4. Press cookie dough into a bar pan, spreading evenly.
5. Bake at 375 for 10 to 13 minutes. Cool Completely.
6. Mix together all ingredients for the fruit dip.
7. Spread over the top of the cookie crust.
8. Top with assorted fresh fruit. (I always use strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, mandarin oranges, and kiwi.)

Creamy Strawberry Jello
Creamy Berry Jello
1 small package of Jello (Strawberry, Raspberry, or Cherry)
1 cup boiling water
3oz cream cheese
10oz pkg. frozen berries
2 cups Cool Whip, plus additional for garnish
1. Mix together boiling water and Jello.
2. Using a handheld mixer, mix in the cream cheese.
3. Add in the berries and let set for about 10 minutes or until berries are no longer frozen.
4. Blend again to combine berries.
5. Fold in Cool Whip and let set.
6. Garnish with additional Cool Whip.
