Parmesan Crusted Baked Tilapia


Parmesan Crusted Baked Tilapia

3/4 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Lawry's Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
5 tilapia fillets
2 Tbsp butter, melted

1. Mix together the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and pepper.

2. Line a baking pan with foil, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

3. Coat tilapia in the crumb mixture and set on foil lined pan.

4. Spoon leftover crumb mixture over each fillet.

5. Drizzle a little bit of butter over each fillet.

6. Bake at 425 for about 16 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
