Maple Chicken Breasts
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp oil
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 cup apple juice
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp onion powder
1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Add canola oil to a large skillet and cook chicken over medium heat until juices run clear.
3. Remove from pan and keep warm.
4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine cornstarch, apple juice, syrup, and onion powder.
5. Add to skillet and bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened.
6. Add chicken back to skillet and turn to coat.
