Pancakes!
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup milk
1. Mix together all ingredients.
2. Drop, 1/4 cup at a time, onto hot griddle.
3. Cook until bubbly on top and flip.
4. Continue cooking a few more seconds, and take off of heat.
5. Repeat until all the batter is gone.
NOTE: I have three kids and a husband. . .If I want enough pancakes for everyone to eat. . .I double this recipe.
